Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading large Servicenow projects.
• Ability to define solution architecture and roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales and solutioning for large Servicenow opportunities.
• Own account growth through upsell and cross-sell of services and solutions.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery with governance, quality, and operational rigor.
• Proactively manage and resolve customer escalations to ensure stability.
