Job summary

Infosys in Sydney seeks a ServiceNow Delivery Lead to shape and drive technology strategies and delivery for major client opportunities. You will lead presales and solutioning for large engagements, own account growth, and serve as the primary liaison for customer relationships while ensuring delivery excellence.

Hybrid work arrangements apply. The role requires extensive ServiceNow experience, leadership in complex transformations, and strong communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in ServiceNow.
• Proven leadership in large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Two significant ServiceNow implementations completed.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow delivery and presales efforts for large opportunities.
• Own account growth through upsell and cross-sell of services and solutions.
• Act as the single point of accountability for customer relationships and engagement health.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery with governance, quality, and operational rigor.
• Proactively manage escalations to ensure stability and continuity.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to hit revenue and CSAT targets.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Experienced in Servicenow – Leading as Presales, Solutioning for large opportunities
• Own account growth through upsell and cross-sell of services and solutions
• Act as the single point of accountability for customer relationships and overall engagement health
• Ensure noiseless, end-to-end delivery with strong quality, governance, and operational rigor
• Proactively manage and resolve customer escalations, ensuring stability and continuity
• Drive delivery stability through effective resource planning and risk management
• Partner with internal stakeholders to meet revenue, margin, and CSAT targets

Essential

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred

• Servicenow Certifications, 15+ years experience in Servicenow
• Demonstrated leadership in large-scale digital transformation projects, with at least two significant implementations for Servicenow
• Proven track record in leadership roles and defining solution architecture
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
• Relevant certifications
