Zenith in Sydney is seeking an SEO Director to sit at the heart of a global blue-chip client, shaping how audiences experience a brand across markets and moments. The role involves delivering effective and holistic SEO campaigns that exceed client objectives and pushing the boundaries of the SEO offering.

You will mentor SEO Managers, develop scalable processes, and maintain the highest quality output while cultivating strong client relationships and a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset.

Qualifications

• Established experience in SEO, ideally within a fast paced agency environment.
• Ability to identify organic growth opportunities, set KPIs, and forecast SEO performance.
• Confident using analytics platforms to measure impact and inform decisions.

Responsabilités

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end SEO campaigns across markets.
• Lead the strategic direction and delivery of SEO work, pushing beyond client briefs.
• Develop your SEO expertise and stay ahead of industry trends and evolving search behaviours.
• Shape and optimise SEO programmes to be efficient, scalable, and aligned to client growth.
• Mentor SEO Managers to drive progression and high performance.
• Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders and manage risks and opportunities.
