Job summary

Zenith is seeking an experienced eCommerce Director to lead strategic direction and operational excellence for retail media and marketplace activation across AU/NZ clients. You will set the gold standard for planning, activation, optimization, and measurement to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and mentor managers and offshore teams while shaping product evolution and governance.

Qualifications

Background in performance media, retail media or marketplace leadership roles preferred.
Proven experience managing Amazon Ads & DSP, CitrusAd/Epsilon and Criteo Commerce Max at scale.
Experience leading multi-client portfolios, capability development and cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated commercial management skills including forecasting, resource planning, pricing and profitability.
Strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital shelf requirements, content optimisation and retail media measurement.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution across Amazon Ads, CitrusAd/Epsilon, Criteo Commerce Max, and connected channels.
Ensure performance excellence and aligned ways of working across AU/NZ teams.
Define channel playbooks, category strategies and growth frameworks for clients.
Direct advanced optimisation frameworks and platform maturity plans.
Oversee reporting and dashboards in Excel, Power BI or Looker for client patches.
