Culture Amp is seeking a commercially minded Global Procurement and Vendor Management Lead to drive visibility, discipline and value in third-party spend across APAC, US and EMEA. You will own vendor negotiations, budgeting, and the governance framework, partnering with Finance, Legal and Technology to ensure strategic, compliant spend.

You will lead a small team, use automation and AI tools to improve spend analysis and renewal preparation, and report progress to senior leadership.

Formación

• Proven track record negotiating third-party agreements and achieving savings.
• Experience in technology and SaaS licensing, renewals and vendor tactics.
• Strong financial and commercial judgment with budget modeling capability.
• Experience building or expanding vendor management frameworks across an org.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executive-level fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Own global procurement and vendor management across APAC, US, and EMEA.
• Partner with Workplace, Finance, Legal, Security and Tech on supplier relationships and capital projects.
• Set commercial strategy and lead negotiations for third-party agreements with measurable savings.
• Rationalise vendor portfolio by analyzing usage, licensing and overlaps.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for third-party tech spend and report variances.
• Build and maintain procurement framework including policies and governance.
• Lead automation and AI-enabled spend analysis and negotiation drafting.
• Coach and develop a small team and influence stakeholders.
