Zusammenfassung

Culture Amp is seeking a commercially minded Global Procurement and Vendor Management Lead to optimize third-party spend across APAC, US and EMEA. You will own vendor management, renewal strategy and governance, partnering with Finance, Legal, Security and Technology to deliver measurable savings and strong commercial outcomes.

You will lead a small team, establish scalable procurement practices, and enable product and business teams to focus on core work.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record negotiating third-party agreements and delivering measurable savings.
• Deep experience with technology and SaaS licensing, renewals, and vendor tactics.
• Strong financial and commercial judgement to build budgets and defend options.
• Experience building procurement frameworks and driving adoption across an organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to frame decisions for executives.

Aufgaben

• Own global procurement and vendor management across APAC, US and EMEA.
• Lead renewal and negotiation strategy for material agreements.
• Build policies, processes and reporting to manage spend effectively.
• Partner with Workplace, Finance, Legal, Security and Technology on supplier relationships.
• Set commercial strategy and lead negotiations for third party agreements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, actuals, savings tracking and supplier performance.
• Develop and maintain vendor management framework and governance.
• Leverage automation and AI tools to improve spend analysis and negotiation drafting.
• Lead and develop a small specialist team.
