Job summary

Culture Amp is looking for a commercially minded Global Procurement and Vendor Management Lead to bring greater visibility, discipline and value to our third party spend across APAC, US and EMEA hubs.

You’ll own the commercial management of our vendor portfolio, lead the renewal and negotiation strategy for material agreements, and build the policies, processes and reporting needed to manage spend effectively. You’ll also act as a trusted commercial partner to leaders across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading third‑party negotiations and achieving savings.
• Experience in technology/SaaS vendor management, licensing and renewals.
• Strong financial and commercial judgement with budget modeling abilities.
• Ability to build vendor frameworks and drive adoption across an organisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own global procurement and vendor management across APAC, US, EMEA with visibility of agreements and renewal dates.
• Lead negotiations for third‑party agreements and deliver measurable savings.
• Rationalise vendor portfolio with licensing analysis and strategic recommendations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of spend and supplier performance.
• Build and maintain procurement governance, processes and automation to improve efficiency.
• Lead and develop a small specialist team and partner with cross‑functional leaders.
