Job summary

Culture Amp is seeking a commercially minded Global Procurement and Vendor Management Lead to drive visibility, discipline and value across APAC, US and EMEA vendor spend. You’ll own the commercial management of our vendor portfolio, lead negotiations for material agreements, and build policies and reporting to manage spend effectively while partnering with leaders across the business.

You’ll also oversee budgeting, forecasting and governance, lead a small specialist team, and enable automation

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading negotiations for third-party agreements and delivering measurable savings.
• Deep experience managing technology and SaaS categories including licensing, pricing and renewals.
• Strong financial and commercial judgement with budgets, options and executive communication.
• Experience building vendor management or procurement frameworks and driving adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the global procurement and vendor management function across APAC, US and EMEA with visibility of agreements and renewal dates.
• Partner with Workplace, Finance, Legal, Security and Technology on supplier relationships and capital projects.
• Set commercial strategy and lead negotiations for third-party agreements delivering measurable savings.
• Rationalise vendor portfolio by analyzing usage and licensing to balance consolidation and investment.
• Own budgeting and forecasting for third-party technology spend and report the results to leadership.
• Build and maintain the vendor management framework, including policy and governance thresholds.
• Utilise automation/AI tools to improve spend analysis and negotiation drafting.
• Lead and develop a small specialist team and influence stakeholders with decision-ready advice.
