Job summary

WOW Recruitment is partnering with a SaaS company to recruit a Business Development Manager for Perth. The role focuses on driving SaaS revenue across international markets and owning the full sales cycle.

You will build a strong pipeline through outbound and inbound activities, and work autonomously in a fast-moving, startup-style environment. The position is hybrid in Perth (3 days in office) with a base salary of 120,000–145,000 AUD plus super and uncapped earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Drive International Growth across an assigned international territory, identifying opportunities to grow SaaS revenue and enter new markets.
• Build Pipeline through outbound activity (prospecting, cold calling) and inbound opportunities.
• Own the Sales Cycle by engaging decision-makers, running discovery conversations, demoing the product and guiding opportunities to close.
• Drive Revenue by meeting sales targets and identifying whitespace across your territory.
