Job summary

Vinarchy in Adelaide seeks an Enterprise Risk & Internal Audit Manager to lead risk, audit and assurance for a growing global wine business. You will report to the Risk & Sustainability Director, build a high-performing team and partner with senior leaders, the Audit & Risk Committee and the Board.

You will shape Vinarchy's risk framework, drive governance, business continuity and resilience programs, and translate complex risk insights into clear actions for executives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience across enterprise risk management, internal audit and governance.
• Ability to build and implement practical risk frameworks and controls.
• Strong communication skills to translate risk matters for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the enterprise risk management framework and reporting.
• Facilitate risk workshops and embed risk-informed decision making.
• Lead internal audit and assurance programs with risk-based planning.
• Provide risk insights to the ELT, Audit & Risk Committee and Board.
• Oversee business continuity governance and resilience initiatives.
• Develop and coach a small team building risk capability.
