Vinarchy in Australia seeks a senior leader to define and drive the ANZ Revenue Growth Management strategy, partnering with executive leaders to steer pricing, promotions and trade investment. You will embed RGM discipline, establish governance, and lead cross-functional changes across Commercial, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.

You will build and lead a high-performing RGM team, shaping the future growth of Vinarchy’s ANZ business and reporting to the Global Revenue Growth Director.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in FMCG or beverage organisations with revenue/margin growth delivered through commercial strategy and pricing.
• Ability to influence at executive level, lead change, and translate data into commercial action.
• Experience building capability and leading high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the ANZ Revenue Growth Management strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive commercial decision making.
• Embed RGM disciplines across pricing, promotions and trade investment.
