Hexagon Autonomous Solutions seeks a Global Rewards and Benefit Consultant to design, implement, govern and continuously improve employee benefits across multiple countries. You will work with cross-functional teams to define programmes that drive engagement and align with organisational goals.

Based in Australia (Sydney, Brisbane or Perth) with potential travel to meet time zones, you will manage governance, compensation analytics, vendor relationships, and global benefits strategy while

Formación

• Experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits or related HR specialty.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience partnering with external vendors and service providers.
• Valid Australian working rights: PR or Australian citizen.
• Experience within multinational organisations.
• Knowledge of compensation frameworks, market pricing, salary structures and job architecture.
• Professional qualification in Human Resources, Reward, Benefits, or related discipline.
• Proven success in customer-centric, solution-focused engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, govern and continuously improve global employee benefits across multiple countries.
• Support annual salary reviews and compensation planning processes; contribute to reward analytics and incentive programmes.
• Partner with brokers, insurers, consultants and benefit providers; support vendor reviews and renewals.
• Analyse programme utilisation, market data and costs to identify insights and opportunities.
• Attend meetings across time zones; travel internationally as required.
