Job summary

Credit Corp is seeking a Remuneration Manager to build and mature our reward function from the ground up. You will lead global remuneration programs, benchmark against markets, and drive governance and reporting across our multinational business.

Working with senior leaders, you will translate data-driven insights into reward decisions, delivering hands-on execution and strategic thinking in a growing environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced analytical capability with Excel, data modelling and reporting.
• Experience leading end-to-end remuneration and reward programs.
• Exposure to global remuneration programs across multi-country environments.
• Experience with compensation management systems (HiBob or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead annual remuneration reviews across multiple countries, including planning and approvals.
• Mature remuneration frameworks, governance and compliance with pay legislation.
• Deliver benchmarking, market analysis and gender pay reporting.
• Govern incentive and benefits programs, including STI cycles and communications.
• Drive continuous improvement of reward processes and reporting.
