Job summary

Bnk To The Future is seeking a Global Remote Team Co-ordinator & Hiring Manager to oversee a diverse global workforce including contractors, freelancers and employees. You will lead HR policy development, recruitment, training, payroll coordination and compliance across jurisdictions, while ensuring effective communication and high standards of confidentiality.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualified or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience leading remote or distributed teams.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment legislation across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HR processes for a global remote workforce.
• Maintain personnel records and HR systems.
• Develop and update HR policies and documentation.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes as directed.
• Support managers with performance management and training initiatives.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding for contractors, freelancers, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Provide guidance to Directors and staff on HR issues.
• Maintain and improve HR data reporting and analytics.
