Job summary

Duggan + Della is partnering with a global professional services firm to appoint a Human Resources Manager who will provide trusted HR advice across employee relations, talent management, engagement, performance, wellbeing and organisational development.

In this role you will partner with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives, coach stakeholders, manage complex ER matters and support workforce planning, recruitment and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least seven years’ experience as a generalist HR professional.
• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
• Strong employee relations experience, including complex performance matters.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Commercially minded, collaborative and adaptable.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving process improvement.
• Genuine interest in AI and innovation within the People function.
