Job summary

PSCconsulting's Telecommunications & Networking team is seeking a commercially minded Project Manager to lead client-facing projects across APAC, balancing scope, schedule, budget and risk while enabling technical delivery.

You will work with engineers, field teams and project finance to maintain governance, support bid and contract reviews, and drive consistency across the portfolio. This role emphasizes project controls, forecasting accuracy, and timely decisions to protect revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client-facing projects across engineering, utilities, infrastructure or consulting.
• Commercially astute with forecasting, profitability and contractual risk awareness.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and specialists to keep projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage telecommunications and networking projects from start-up through delivery and closeout.
• Maintain visibility across scope, schedule, budget, forecast, resources and risks.
• Lead governance, change control, reporting and project reviews to improve delivery.
• Contribute to bids, estimates, schedules and contract reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement of tools, reporting and ways of working.
