FLSmidth in Australia seeks a Global Product Line Manager - Screens to lead the global product line and drive profitable growth across regions. You will collaborate with R&D, regions, and procurement to shape the roadmap, pricing, and inventory strategies for a mining tech service line.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Science or relevant qualification, or the equivalent knowledge acquired through workplace experience. Masters degree highly regarded.
• Proven track record of achieving service business growth and developing global product strategies
• Strong commercial (financial and legal) acumen
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead through influence
• Detailed knowledge of mining and minerals processing technology
• Good contracts management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the Screens Global Product Line to deliver targeted OI, Revenue, CM and EBITA.
• Collaborate with R&D to support the product development roadmap for the Service Line and introduction of new or improved products.
• Develop commercial strategy together with Regions and Product Specialists to drive profitable growth.
• Work with engineering and execution functions related to the products within the Service Line.
• Perform market research to determine customer needs, monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
• Establish, maintain and enforce global pricing strategies in alignment with the overall pricing guidance.
• Maximize margin while achieving top line OI targets and support reliable and cost-efficient supply chain.
• Work with Region sales to establish strategies for profitable growth in sales.
• Define global inventory levels, stocking locations, and sourcing strategies - including make/buy decisions.
• Collaborate with Product & System business line to support strategies for profitable revenues including retrofits/upgrades, professional services, and digital services.
• Collaborate with Procurement & Operation to optimize manufacturing reg. quality and cost.
• Lead Service Line team in accordance with leadership values, instilling accountability and engagement.
• Manage global installed base data.

Reporting to the Head of Screens & Centrifuge Lifecycle , the Global Product Line Manager - Screens will join an exciting and growing business. As this is a global role location may be flexible.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of the Screens Global Product Line to deliver targeted OI, Revenue, CM and EBITA.

What You Bring
