ClickView is seeking a seasoned Head of People Operations to lead our global people strategy across Australia, the UK and the US. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will guide a small team and own end-to-end HR initiatives in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven education technology company.

This 14‑month fixed‑term contract covers maternity leave and focuses on shaping culture, performance, talent development and cross‑border compliance.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leader with experience running People Operations across multiple regions.
• Strong generalist HR expertise with knowledge of employment laws in key markets.
• Proven track record partnering with executive leadership and driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver global people strategy, partnering with the CEO and executive team.
• Lead and develop the People team and ensure high‑impact initiatives are executed.
• Lead organizational design and talent reviews to support growth and performance.
• Drive high performance, engagement and development across the business.
• Oversee recruitment and guide leaders to attract top talent and high‑quality hires.
• Use people metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve performance.
• Provide pragmatic HR guidance and maintain compliant policies across regions.
