Job summary

Electro Optic Systems is seeking a Global Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for the group's global operations via the Deel platform and payroll providers. This hands-on leadership role will centralise a new global payroll function, ensuring accurate, on-time payments, compliance, and scalable processes across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of payroll operations experience, with hands-on processing responsibilities.
• Experience managing payroll across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated experience with Deel or equivalent global payroll platforms.
• Strong knowledge of payroll taxation and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
• Prepare, review, and validate payroll inputs and calculations.
• Coordinate payroll funding, schedules, and off-cycle payments as needed.
• Act as primary payroll platform administrator and owner.
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work.
