Responsibilities

• Act as SME for the country within payroll.
• Process full end-to-end payroll in-house or with providers.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance.
• Prepare payroll journals and reconciliations.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs.
• Mentor payroll specialists and back up regional managers.
• Implement and improve payroll processes.
