Qualifications

• 3+ years of paid media or performance marketing, ideally agency-side.
• Strong hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads experience with proven KPI improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with reporting and performance insights.
• Confident presenting results and recommendations to clients.
• Attention to detail, organization and time management, with international exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise paid search and paid social campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and KPIs to deliver strong client results.
• Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for testing, innovation and automation.
• Collaborate closely with the Singapore team on campaign delivery.
• Support junior team members with campaign knowledge and best practices.
• Deliver campaigns on time, within budget and to a high standard.
