Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager - International Ocean Freight to lead ocean freight operations from global vendors to our processing centre. You will be responsible for carrier relationships, performance, and driving service excellence on a global scale.

Based at our Mascot Head Office with a hybrid work model, you will partner with buying, planning and cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and cost outcomes while delivering operational KPIs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of international ocean freight operations.
• Ability to analyse market intelligence and assess supply chain impacts.
• Demonstrated stakeholder influence and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the International Logistics Operations-Ocean team to ensure efficient overseas inventory movement.
• Partner with Buying, Planning and cross-functional teams to support inventory flow.
• Monitor market conditions, carrier performance, and capacity trends to advise decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement to service delivery, efficiency and costs.
• Deliver against operational KPIs and service standards.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external logistics providers.
