Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Network Development Manager to lead the Network Deployment and Capacity Engineering team, owning the build and scale of our network. You will guide Network Development Engineers and Technical Program Managers working with Infrastructure, Systems, and Software teams to roll out new designs and tools—delivering reliable, scalable networking capabilities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of managing teams experience.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• 8+ years of technology role experience.
• Experience with network operations either as a manager or individual contributor.

• Drive continual improvement in systems operations through tool building and iterative improvement.
• Partner with Engineering and Operational teams to ensure high availability and uptime of the Direct Connect network.
