Job summary

MADEC Australia is seeking a senior workforce leader to shape workforce strategy and support its national labour hire and PALM programs. Reporting to the GM Workforce Solutions, you will guide workforce planning, mobilisation and talent pipelines across Australia and the Pacific, coordinating with operational leaders, employers and government partners.

You will travel frequently, build strong stakeholder relationships and drive workforce solutions that balance commercial and community outcomes,

Qualifications

• Experience in workforce planning, labour hire or recruitment.
• Experience in operations or human resources is valuable.
• Experience with high-volume or international recruitment is preferred.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, mobilisation and talent pipeline activities.
• Partner with operational leaders, employers and government stakeholders.
• Forecast labour requirements and drive mobilisation outcomes across Australia and the Pacific.
• Balance commercial, operational and stakeholder priorities for sustainable outcomes.
