This highly visible role offers the opportunity to build strong customer partnerships, lead frontline operational teams and make a meaningful difference to the wellbeing and success of workers across regional Australia.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Customer Account Manager is responsible for ensuring workforce operations are delivered safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard across multiple locations. Acting as the key link between host employers, workers and internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in supporting customer relationships, workforce planning and operational performance.

Working closely with customers, Wellbeing Officers and operational stakeholders, you will ensure workforce requirements are met, issues are resolved proactively and workers receive the support needed to achieve successful outcomes. You will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping to strengthen service delivery, operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

You are a confident, organised and solutions-focused leader who enjoys building trusted relationships and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You understand how to balance customer expectations, workforce needs and operational priorities while maintaining a strong focus on service, safety and outcomes.

You have experience in customer account management, workforce operations, labour hire, logistics, employment services or a similarly people-focused environment. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems and coordinate competing priorities will enable you to build credibility with customers, support frontline teams and deliver exceptional service outcomes.

You are proactive, adaptable and resilient, with the ability to think on your feet and respond effectively to changing circumstances. Equally comfortable working independently and as part of a team, you bring strong judgement, initiative, situational awareness and a collaborative approach to achieving results.

Based in Adelaide, frequent travel is expected throughout regional SA.
