Remote is recruiting a Mobility Specialist for its APAC team to guide immigration compliance and enable smooth cross-border employee movement. You will work remotely, asynchronously, and collaborate with clients to ensure compliance across borders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in immigration compliance or global mobility.
• Strong understanding of immigration procedures and processes.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Experience in technology sector or rapidly growing company is desirable.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery.
• Monitor and control Remote products and services for immigration compliance.
• Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Seek, control, and establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Independently maintain and monitor immigration law, ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.
• Handle escalations and guide stakeholders to timely resolutions.
• Advise on travel needs and sponsorship cases.
• Control case statuses using case management and billing systems.
• Apply immigration knowledge to provide solution-based responses for complex client cases.
• Be a team player who can work autonomously and take ownership of day-to-day tasks.
• Proactively improve processes through automation and documentation.
