Job summary

Remote is seeking a Mobility Specialist to support Onboarding and Mobility, guiding immigration compliance for clients worldwide. The role focuses on relocating talent, managing immigration processes, and ensuring regulatory alignment in a fast-paced, asynchronous environment.

You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, continuously improve processes, and contribute to our global mobility program while working from APAC or remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in immigration compliance, global mobility, or similar roles.
• Comprehensive understanding of immigration procedures and processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Strong communication and customer-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery.
• Monitor and control immigration compliance across Remote products and services.
• Establish and strengthen relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Seek and establish in-house immigration services to increase revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze, prepare, and submit visa/work permit applications.
• Maintain immigration law knowledge and ensure regulatory changes are reflected in practice.
