Qualifications
- 5+ years in market development or related commercial role in med-tech or pharma industries.
- Experience across global, regional or multiple markets and diverse healthcare systems.
- Ability to translate clinical/scientific/health economic evidence into clear commercial strategies and stakeholder narratives.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, refinement and implementation of the global market development strategy.
- Partner with regional and country teams to understand market needs and support effective implementation of strategies, tools and resources.
- Translate clinical, scientific and health economic evidence into clear commercial narratives and market activation resources.
- Support initiatives that strengthen the understanding of the health impact of hearing loss and encourage behaviour change among healthcare professionals.
- Build effective partnerships across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Strategy, Advocacy, Communications and commercial teams, as well as selected external stakeholders.
