• Professional experience in customer service operations, preferably in international air freight, logistics or distribution.
• Preference for knowledge and experience of the pharmaceutical and clinical trial industry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all inbound and outbound shipments daily to ensure timely delivery.
• Use Maestro to plan, execute and monitor import/export shipments and coordinate with Marken offices and drivers.
• Maintain communication with Packaging Team to ensure supplies for collections and deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain temperature controlled shipments as required for cold chain processes.
• Provide proper documentation to agent/driver for collections and deliveries and confirm recovery completion.
• Define the best route and obtain MAWB consignment instructions for shipments.
