- Strong documentation and record-keeping accuracy.
- Proficient with Excel and business systems.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end logistics coordination from factory dispatch to customer delivery.
- Track shipments, communicate updates and manage exceptions.
- Prepare and check shipping and import documents for clearance.
- Coordinate warehousing, receipts, storage and delivery bookings.
- Check invoices against charges and allocate costs to projects.
- Maintain logistics records, delivery dockets and reports.
- Support compliance and identify process improvements.
