Job summary

The Collagen Co. seeks a Logistics Coordinator to own inbound and outbound freight across international lanes, from raw materials imports to finished goods exports and domestic transport between our sites.

You will analyze costs, manage CPU reporting and dashboards, and drive cost-efficient improvements while partnering with carriers and 3PLs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years FMCG logistics experience and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing multi-lane, multi-mode logistics internationally.
• Proven cost-per-unit and cost/performance reporting accuracy.
• Experience managing freight forwarder and carrier relationships.
• ERP experience (NetSuite or similar) and logistics reporting.
• Strong Excel skills, pivot tables, and data analysis.
• Working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound and outbound freight across international lanes.
• Coordinate domestic transport between manufacturing and fulfilment sites.
• Monitor freight movements to spot risks and delays.
• Ensure accurate shipment documentation and customs clearance.
• Own CPU reporting and dashboards for freight spend.
• Analyze budget vs actuals to identify cost-effective improvements.
• Track 3PL performance and support reviews.
• Investigate issues and contribute to SOP improvements.
