Job summary

Forever New is seeking an International Logistics & 3PL Manager to own the performance of our global network. You will manage international freight, 3PL partnerships, carriers and customs, ensuring compliant, cost-effective movement of product across markets.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Planning, Retail, Finance, Digital and IT to improve service, reduce costs and build scalable logistics processes that support growth. Lead a small team and drive continuous improvement across the network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain or operations across multiple markets (exposure to multi-market environments).
• Strong experience managing 3PL providers, freight forwarders and carrier relationships.
• Sound knowledge of international freight, customs, import requirements and trade documentation.
• Understanding of freight costs, duties and logistics performance.
• Demonstrated people leadership with the ability to set priorities and drive accountability.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability with root-cause identification and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day governance of 3PL, freight forwarder and carrier partnerships.
• Drive international freight performance across key trade lanes and identify risks.
• Oversee customs, import compliance and trade documentation across markets.
• Monitor 3PL and carrier performance with SLAs and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for inventory flow and store openings.
• Resolve logistics system data issues across ERP, WMS, OMS and carriers.
• Provide meaningful logistics reporting on service, cost and risk.
• Lead and develop a small team with clear priorities and execution.
