Forever New Head Office is seeking an experienced International Logistics & 3PL Manager to own the performance of our global logistics network. You will manage freight, 3PL partnerships, carriers, and customs to ensure cost-effective and compliant movement of products across markets.

The role requires solving complex operational challenges, improving partner performance, and driving continuous improvement across Supply Chain, Planning, Retail, Finance, Digital and IT with data-driven insights.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in logistics/supply chain management.
• Experience managing 3PL providers and freight forwarders.
• Knowledge of international freight, customs and trade documentation.
• Strong cost management and logistics performance understanding.
• People leadership and accountability.
• Excellent stakeholder management across functions.
• Experience with ERP/WMS/OMS/TMS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day governance of 3PL, freight forwarder and carrier partnerships.
• Drive international freight performance across key trade lanes and identify risks.
• Oversee customs/import clearance and trade documentation across markets.
• Monitor 3PL and carrier performance with SLAs and corrective actions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and eliminate manual processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for smooth inventory flow and store openings.
• Lead operational resolution of logistics systems and data issues across ERP, WMS, OMS and carrier integrations.
• Provide meaningful logistics reporting on service, cost, risk.
