Lever, Inc. is seeking an E-Learning Instructional Designer based in Australia for a fully remote, six-month contract.

You will transform complex information into engaging digital learning experiences, collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop interactive content, storyboards, and SCORM-compliant LMS materials. The role requires experience with Articulate, LMS/SCORM, and basic HTML/CSS.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of instructional design, education, or training experience or relevant tertiary qualifications in e-learning technology or instructional design.
• Hands-on experience developing interactive multimedia learning content using Articulate.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) and SCORM.
• Strong visual design, storyboarding, and instructional content development skills.
• Experience writing instructional copy and audio/video scripts.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor code amendments.

Aufgaben

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into clear, engaging online learning experiences.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and audio/video scripts to support learning objectives.
• Manage learning content for LMS and SCORM-compliant environments.
• Conduct usability testing and QA to ensure reliable learner experiences.
• Ensure compliance with standards, visual guidelines, copyright, and IP regulations.
• Develop supporting resources to facilitate effective e-learning delivery.
• Support design, development, implementation, and handover of e-learning projects.
• Work with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and on budget.
• Review existing programs and recommend improvements to instructional methods and delivery.
• Stay informed about instructional design practices and learning technology trends.
