Job summary

Q-CTRL is seeking an experienced IT leader to own our global IT environment. You will drive pragmatic, high-impact systems and processes for security, productivity and scale across a fast-moving tech company.

The role covers identity, SaaS platforms, endpoint management, networking, infrastructure, service delivery and vendor management, with a focus on automation and employee experience. Join a global team with Sydney offices and worldwide impact.

Qualifications

Proven expertise administering enterprise-grade SaaS environments (Google Workspace) and IAM architectures.
Experience scaling global endpoint environments via MDM tools; bias for action.
Knowledge of securing and troubleshooting complex networks and server infrastructure.
Background in security frameworks (ISO/IEC 27001:2022) and DLP strategies.
Strong communication to support cross-functional, multi-time-zone teams.

Responsibilities

Own and continuously improve our Google Workspace environment and SaaS stack.
Act as hands-on escalation point for IT issues across hardware, software, identity, connectivity, and collaboration tools.
Maintain secure, reliable infrastructure including office networks and VPNs.
Build scalable IT operations: onboarding/offboarding, asset management, access control, service delivery, documentation.
Shape the IT roadmap balancing short-term priorities with long-term improvements.
