Job summary

Kalgin Global Logistics is seeking an IT Coordinator to lead day-to-day IT service for offices across Australia and beyond. You will oversee incidents, onboarding/offboarding, hardware, licenses and vendor contracts, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.

Reporting to the Group Solutions Manager, you’ll manage Microsoft 365 environments, asset registers and office IT projects, while coordinating with vendors to optimise cost and security.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in IT coordination or service delivery roles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Familiar with tickets, SLAs and incident/problem management.
• Knowledge of IT asset and licence management.
• Strong organisation and proactive communication with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT contact across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and PNG.
• Manage incidents, requests and escalations with MSPs and vendors, ensuring timely resolution.
• Monitor SLA performance, ticket backlogs and user satisfaction, reporting trends.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, hardware allocation and license management.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Support IT projects such as office openings, connectivity upgrades and asset refreshes.
• Support adoption of new technology, automation and AI for expansion into new markets.
