Job summary

MacPhee’s Wine Cellaring Specialists in Port Melbourne is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Inventory Coordinator to join our Melbourne team. You will coordinate purchasing, inbound freight and inventory across a portfolio of premium products from local and international suppliers.

Based in Port Melbourne and reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will raise approved purchase orders in CIN7, coordinate shipments, keep inventory records accurate and communicate delays or stock risks to

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years’ experience in supply chain, purchasing, inventory, imports, or logistics.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international inbound freight and shipments.
• Strong understanding of inventory records and supplier coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing, inbound freight and inventory across suppliers.
• Raise purchase orders in CIN7 and track confirmations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
• Communicate delays, stock risks and changes to teams and customers.
• Work with warehouse, sales and finance to ensure timely delivery.
