AWS Infrastructure Reliability Engineering (IREO) is hiring in Melbourne. Join a global, diverse team to design, troubleshoot, and operate AWS data center infrastructure, ensuring uptime and efficiency.

You’ll work with software, hardware, and network engineers and security experts on challenging problems at scale. You’ll gain hands-on experience with non-native AWS tools while collaborating with global teams to deliver secure, cost-efficient infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of networking protocols such as HTTP, DNS and TCP/IP.
• 1+ years of technical support experience.
• Experience scripting in modern programming languages.

Responsabilités

• Dive deep to pinpoint causes of software issues and assist in escalations.
• Apply Linux expertise to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Manage ticket queues for internal and partner service teams and meet SLAs.
• Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency by analyzing root causes and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal development teams to enhance systems within the team scope.
