Amazon Corporate Services Pty Ltd is seeking a technically capable individual to support AWS infrastructure across data centre operations. You will troubleshoot software and systems, work with diverse teams, and ensure secure, scalable operations while contributing to cost-efficient cloud delivery.
Responsibilities include deep-dive issue analysis, Linux-based troubleshooting, and managing tickets to meet SLAs as part of a globally distributed team.
AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global data centre infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centres and all the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure our customers have continual access to the innovation they rely on. We work on the most challenging problems, with thousands of variables impacting the supply chain — and we’re looking for talented people who want to help support these challenges.

You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS globally to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.
You will be a valued member of an exceptional global team working on local problems, thriving in a dynamic and enthusiastic environment that combines dedication and enjoyment.
At Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will get hands‑on experience with tools and services that exist outside the scope of native AWS products. This presents an exciting opportunity to engage with systems you might not encounter otherwise, allowing you to gain invaluable experience in infrastructure development.
At AWS Infrastructure Reliability Engineering Organization (IREO), we're the team behind the scenes keeping AWS's vast infrastructure running smoothly. Whether we're developing new automation tools, responding to complex technical challenges, or optimising our global systems, we're always thinking several steps ahead.
