Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an HR Business Partner or HR Director for a core business unit, based in Australia. This remote-first, globally distributed role partners with international teams to align people strategies with business goals and financial performance.

You will oversee the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, engagement, retention, and HR processes, while using data-driven insights to optimize staffing and organizational effectiveness. Fluency in Russian and English is required.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years in an HRBP or HRD role in international digital/IT/product company.
• Experience implementing core employee lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, development, performance).
• Experience with payroll budgets, turnover, workforce efficiency and retention with measurable impact.
• Operational knowledge of compensation & benefits, HR analytics, and data-driven decisions.
• Strong business acumen, results-oriented, able to translate HR initiatives into outcomes.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to evaluate workforce performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR effectiveness by aligning workforce management with business priorities.
• Partner with managers to ensure right people in right roles and consistent HR processes.
• Oversee employee lifecycle, performance, onboarding, training, succession, and offboarding.
• Implement HR policies and ensure regulatory compliance across regions.
• Monitor payroll budgets, turnover, engagement, and workforce efficiency.
• Use analytics to inform staffing, compensation decisions, and resource allocation.
• Measure satisfaction with HR services and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to address people-related challenges and business goals.
• Manage multiple HR initiatives with priorities and deadlines.
