- Strong HR data analytics to forecast hiring needs and drive decisions.
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in HR, Business or related field; knowledge of Australian employment standards.
- Excellent communication with senior legal professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for highly technical legal roles.
- Manage HR technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
- Design HR analytics dashboards and automated reports for recruitment and engagement metrics.
- Drive workforce planning and onboarding, across multiple offices.
- Provide monthly/quarterly HR performance reporting to partners.
