Job summary

G-P is seeking an HR Specialist to act as a trusted in-country HR expert for ANZ clients within the Employer of Record space. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle, advising on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning, while ensuring smooth operations and growth across regions.

The role covers onboarding, terminations, complex employee relations, and in-country compliance, with a focus on ANZ labor laws, WHS, and Return-to-Work processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience.
• Deep knowledge of Australian employment law and Fair Work compliance.
• Experience handling complex employee relations.
• Proficiency with HRIS and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage lifecycle events for employees in ANZ.
• Manage sensitive employee relations and terminations.
• Coordinate with payroll providers and benefits brokers.
• Advise on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Stay current on local labor laws and cultural nuances.
• Review contracts and advise on risk mitigation.
• Support performance improvement and salary changes.
• Coordinate immigration and mobility with Global Mobility.
