Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Australia is offering a 13‑month, paid undergraduate internship for HR students. The role is based at the Perth office and can be full time or part time, commencing 27 January 2027.

You will gain exposure to Employee Benefits, Global OnBoarding, and Project Management across multiple regions. Successful candidates will support benefits services, onboarding logistics, and learning articles while deferring their studies for the duration of the program.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studying HR or related field with 1–8 units remaining as of January 2027.
• Deferral of studies for the 13‑month placement is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Benefits service line including medical insurance and pension plans.
• Assist with benefits administration, claims processing, and re-enrolment.
• Coordinate Global OnBoarding sessions across regions with managers.
• Maintain benefits information portal and knowledge articles.
• Build policy and process knowledge on benefits and wellness.
