Job summary

Cummins offers a 13-month undergraduate Corporate Responsibility Internship at our Carole Park office in Brisbane. This role is open to students studying Sociology or Human Resources and can be full-time or part-time.

You will assist the Asia Pacific Corporate Responsibility Leader, develop training materials, track regional data for scorecards, administer the MyCommunity database, and support CR projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Currently studying a Bachelor degree of Art, majoring in Sociology or Human Resources.
• Have between 1 and 8 units of study left to complete of your undergraduate degree as of January 2027.
• Are available for the full 13 months and be willing to defer your studies for that duration.

Responsibilities

• Developing and drafting training materials and the conducting of training sessions for new CR processes and procedures implemented within the region
• Assisting in the tracking and following up regional data as required for project scorecards on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Providing support to the Corporate Responsibility Program for Asia Pacific through the administering of the MyCommunity Database, and local partnership Programs.
• Conducting research and investigation projects into specific areas of CR
• Providing support CR leadership Champions in Asia Pacific
