Job summary

WOW Recruitment is seeking a commercially minded Category Manager to own a high-volume hospitality portfolio. You will lead ~1,200 SKUs, drive category plans, pricing, and supplier partnerships with 60 overseas vendors, including a strong China focus.

You will report to the General Manager in an agile environment, shaping product strategy, margins, and sustainable improvements across categories.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Category Management or Commercial Buying.
• Experience negotiating pricing with international suppliers (China).
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP familiarity (SAP B1 / Phocas).

Responsibilities

• Build annual category plans and pricing strategies to boost revenue and margins.
• Lead range reviews and source winning products from global markets.
• Maintain optimal stock turns with Supply Chain and accurate demand forecasting.
• Utilize SAP Business One, Phocas, and Excel to spot market trends.
