Job summary

GBST Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Group Financial Controller to lead our financial control function across our global business. You will oversee reporting, compliance, payroll governance, tax and audit, treasury and month-end processes while driving automation and stronger controls.

You will report to the Head of FP&A, lead a small team, and partner with senior leaders to enable strategic decision-making and financial discipline.

Qualifications

• Lead group financial reporting, compliance, audit and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong technical accounting expertise with attention to detail.
• Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is highly regarded.
• Proven ability to drive automation and process improvement.
