Global Finance Transformation Lead - 12-Month Contract

The Finance Transformation Lead will establish the financial foundations and operating model for a newly formed global consolidated group, reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Services and guiding governance, consolidation, and GPFS transition.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of senior finance leadership experience at CFO/Finance Director level.
• Proven success in enterprise finance transformation, governance, controls and operating model implementation.
• Experience moving to general purpose financial statements or major reporting changes.
• Experience designing a shared services or finance operating model.
• Strong engagement with Boards and Audit & Risk committees; coaching senior finance leaders.

Responsibilities

• Establish the Group's financial structure, intercompany frameworks and consolidation processes from the ground up.
• Write technical position papers and define the consolidation approach for auditor sign-off.
• Deliver GPFS including opening balance sheet and transition reconciliations for the 2027 reporting period.
• Scope and stand up finance shared services from business case through go-live.
• Collaborate with FP&A to build reliable group and entity-level reporting for decision-making.
• Mentor senior finance leaders across regions to raise capability and consistency.
• Brief Global Head of Corporate Services and Board on funding, capital allocation and governance.
