Job summary

Accenture plc seeks an experienced Program Delivery Manager to drive complex, full-lifecycle technology programs for healthcare clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, translating business goals into actionable plans and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will engage senior client leaders, manage risks, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture across distributed teams. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years leading complex technology programs, including large-scale implementations.
• Minimum of 3 years in healthcare payer and/or PBM industry with core payer process knowledge.
• Minimum of 2 years engaging senior client leaders and communicating strategy, status, risks, and recommendations.
• Minimum of 2 years leading cross-functional, distributed teams using Agile/Scrum.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, 6-year equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage workstreams within large-scale technology programs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Translate business objectives and tech strategy into actionable plans and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations through delivery lifecycle.
• Provide clear delivery updates to client stakeholders; manage risks and dependencies.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery performance, processes and client value.
• Coach and develop analysts and consultants; support growth through proposals and opportunities.
