Hewitt, a storied Australian agricultural company, is seeking an Export & Logistics Coordinator in Brisbane to manage export documentation and coordinate domestic and international freight movements. You’ll work with production plants, brokers, customers and government authorities to ensure compliant, on-time deliveries.

This role requires strong attention to detail, experience in export documentation, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across suppliers and transport providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in export documentation and freight logistics.
• Strong understanding of customs and export compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in multi-currency invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain export documents and country-specific requirements.
• Coordinate domestic and international freight movements and timelines.
• Maintain shipment visibility with brokers, customers and authorities.
• Monitor freight performance and on-time delivery.
• Liaise with brokers, facilities, and transport providers to ensure compliance.
