You will collaborate with transport, warehouse, and operations teams to complete bookings, documentation, and invoicing accurately, and drive continuous improvement while delivering proactive, service-focused support.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or shipping roles.
• Strong understanding of import and export processes.
• Experience handling cargo documentation and invoicing.
• Attention to detail in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume customer inquiries via shared inbox and phone.
• Coordinate import/export cargo movements (LCL, FAK, FCL).
• Process bookings, cargo releases, documentation, and job updates.
• Ensure ABF and bonded warehouse compliance.
• Liaise with customers, transport providers, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues before delivery impact.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and invoicing.
• Support continuous improvement of customer service and processes.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
